I went back and forth so many times with the embroidery team on the logo. I have had same logo embroidered elsewhere with no issue... end result was an embroidery that was much larger than I wanted and size was inconsistent from one vest to the other. The customer service team tried to help and some of the team members I worked with via email and phone were great. But others gave me contradictory information and it was a frustrating experience.
