Website was a bit challenging to design order, had to seek help from Customer Service. Disappointed that delivery was delayed after I paid $50+ to have delivered by 4/4. UPS does not deliver on weekends!!!

Customer service was awesome. The person who helped, I think his name was Cesar, was extremely helpful in helping me find the right shirt and choosing the right color for our needs. The whole process was quick and seamless.

Overall the customer service is not consistent- they either misspell my email, don't keep essential notes for designs so I need to call back a few times to confirm. Some reps are also confused about what I order and will say "yes the font is black" and I'll say "that's not possible bc the hoodie is black" and they say "oh yea its white". Customer reps are very inconsistent with their concern and professionalism

Easy enough to upload my design, looked crisp and nice when printed. Only draw back is designs on larger sized shirts- S-L sizes design was great- XL + design was a bit small for fabric
