I’ve used custom ink for years and never had an issue. This year the only issue was a few of the shirts had what looked to be bleach stains on the collars of them.

Really good but there was a weird SNAFU. I carefully sent you guys pics showing accurate measurements on the size and position of my design and somehow you guys had a delay because it was done incorrectly. A bit stressful for me because I had a deadline. In the end you came through and everything was done correctly. And delivered by the date promised. Nice. One other confusing thing that happened talking to one of your guys was that a measurement of 1 1/2" below the neck could not be done. Had to be 2" I was told. Didn't make sense to me and in the end you did do 1 1/2"!

Overall, I really like the website setup, it's very easy to customize a shirt. I also like that you have some less than 6 options to try. Not sure about customer service yet, I haven't attempted to contact them.

I placed an order, but I made a mistake on the date on the shirts. The mistake was corrected by Custom Ink and both orders were shipped to me after I'd paid for both orders. THEN I was given a full refund on the shirt that was my mistake! Unbelievable customer service...I've never ever experienced this kind of service! I will ALWAYS use Custom Ink in the future.
