Israel Folkdance Festival of Boston 2017

"Shalhevet, the Columbia/Barnard Israeli Dance Troupe was honored to participate in the 41st annual Israel Folkdance Festival of Boston. As we were the only group that traveled in from NYC, it was so important to us that the other dance groups saw us as a single unit. From the beginning of a long day of dancing starting with waking up at 6 AM for only 20 minutes of stage-time, our unification as a dance troupe was visible to everyone not only through our original piece but through our united garb.
