Skippers 1st Birthday CuddleCot fundraiser

Skipper Kate Pierce was born into the arms of Jesus on April 17th, 2024. Skipper was diagnosed with Anencephaly at 21 weeks gestation. Anencephaly is a rare and fatal neural tube defect that causes the baby's brain and skull to not form properly. In honor of Skipper's life, we want to show that there is still hope in the midst of tragedy. Our goal is to supply every hospital with a portable cooling device called a CuddleCot. Each device comes with a bassinet and a portable cooling blanket that the baby is laid on. This device allows grieving families the ability to spend more time with their little ones after they have passed. With the aid of a CuddleCot device, it allows a family to grieve in a healthier way. We were able to use a CuddleCot with Skipper, and we will cherish every extra moment we received with her. This fundraiser is extra special because it is in honor of Skipper's first Heavenly birthday! Please help us to reach our goal of purchasing CuddleCots for our community.
