About this campaign

We're excited for Take Steps Philly 2025! Please help us reach our goal so that, together, we can support the crucial work of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.

Please help us support Logan and the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Logan was diagnosed with ileocolonic and upper tract Crohn's disease in 2021, and it has certainly been a challenging journey. We are incredibly grateful for his medical team at CHOP and for the unwavering support of our family and friends. Logan's resilience has been truly remarkable. Despite the obstacles he's faced, he continues to find joy in the things he loves. We've watched him grow stronger, and we know this is due to the love and support surrounding him.

Supporting this for my grandson, Logan Stoltzfus. Hoping that a cure can be found. I know quite a few people who have this disease. It would be great if a cure is found.
