About this campaign

The Shakespeare Festival has been cut from the ELA budget so we are relying on merchandise sales to help finance our amazing festival. Luckily, Cougar Boosters and SOMEA (South Orange-Maplewood Education Association) have stepped up to make this year's festival happen but we need to raise money to keep this tradition alive next year! Special thanks to Principal Frank Sanchez for understanding the value of our program and finding other school funds to bridge our budget gap.

For over 20 years, the Columbia High School English Department has been hosting a Shakespeare Festival--a full day of student performances celebrating the works of William Shakespeare. All performers receive a t-shirt with an original student design combining Shakespeare, CHS, and this year's quotation "Look like th' innocent flower, But be the serpent under 't" You can own your own shirt without performing by purchasing one here.
